How does the IBEX Extended Warranty work?
  • Register for the IBEX Lower Operating Costs Guarantee and receive an Extended Warranty
  • The Extended Warranty will cover all faults in workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the date of the invoice
How do I make and Extended Warranty claim?
  • Contact your distributor first to let them know of the problem you are experiencing
  • If your Distributor is an IBEX Certified Agent, they will take care of the rest
  • If your Distributor is not an IBEX Certified Agent, follow the Materials Return Process and fill out the online form… click here for details
What are the Terms and Conditions?
  • The IBEX Extended Warranty is only available to purchasers of the Lower Operating Cost Guarantee offer
  • The Extended Warranty offer is only available to sales of complete V2DC trimming systems
  • IBEX will only provide the manufacturers Extended Warranty certificate to a customer upon registration of the Extended Warranty – either online or via fax
  • The issuing number provided will need to be presented with every Extended Warranty claim
  • The Extended Warranty is only available at point of original purchase – i.e. not 2 months later
  • This Extended Warranty excludes consumable items and abuse or faults caused by operator error and/or freight
  • In the event of an Extended Warranty claim, IBEX may elect to repair or replace at its sole discretion.  Any defective parts (other than consumables) must be provided to IBEX before a credit for the parts is provided
  • Failure to observe normal maintenance or operating requirements as detailed in any operating instructions could render the Extended Warranty invalid and/or invoke additional charges from IBEX.
  • This Extended Warranty cannot be transferred to another party and is only valid only in the country of sale
  • IBEX have made every effort to ensure the equipment is fit for the intended purpose, and has been designed to meet operational use in a commercial environment.  However, IBEX make no guarantees on any performance criteria and accepts no liability for any losses, whether direct or consequential, from any cause whatsoever
  • In no case will IBEX be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising through any faults in workmanship or materials in connection with the products
